Need to start by disconnecting the ECM and the transmission.
Check for continuity from the ECM to the transmission connector – you’ll have to find an EWD for your vehicle to find the locations of the circuit in question.
Also, check for resistance on solenoid B, I couldn’t find it, but the specification is is the repair manual.
Check AllData or your local dealer for the spec.
