Peter Attia Recommendation for Longevity

Peter Attia on JRE recommends that an individual engages in:
1. 45 minute sessions of steady "Zone 2", 4 times per week ( 3 hours total )
2. 4 x 4 protocol, 5 sets, 1 time a week. ( I will likely do this more than once a week )
    The 4 x 4 protocol is 4 minutes at the highest intensity you can sustain the entire 4 minutes, and then 4 minutes rest.
