No pad displayed when running xsetwacom --list devices

Hold the 1st and the 4th button until the pad lights up as a bright light instead of dimmed light on top.
        

Issue with pen not being recognized

One method that worked for me was to switch USB ports on the laptop. Dumb, I know.

Another thing I did one time was hold down buttons 1 and 4 until the light turned light gray,
    then did it again to bring the light back to white.
        

Pressure Opacity Not working

Restarting GIMP works in some scenarios.
